Rose and Ndu's elegant, luxury, fusion outdoor summer wedding at Froyle Park, Hampshire.

I am so happy that I can FINALLY now share the images from this beautiful wedding with you all. I've been waiting patiently since August 2021 for the photos to be released in 'Your Hampshire and Dorset Wedding Magazine' and now they have come out in the May/June 2022 issue and I couldn't be happier.

Froyle Park is a very stylish, elegant wedding venue in Hampshire that has a gorgeous pagoda just begging to be draped in flowers and used in an outdoor ceremony. August can be a bit of a gamble with the weather in the UK, and yes, it did indeed rain on the day. Luckily, it was still nice and warm, and even though the guests may have gotten a bit wet, the rain cleared just in time for the ceremony to take place outside.

The ceremony was officiated by Dave Octave, a celebrant who really captured the love and happiness of these two gorgeous people. I really enjoyed his service and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a celebrant (you may even recognise him from TV's Married at First Sight UK!)

This was a very large wedding, so we had lots of formal photos to get through, but with the help of the lovely groomsmen, we managed them all, and no one got wet!

I really enjoyed photographing the details of this wedding. One of the great things about the Bride and Groom getting ready in the same hotel is that all of their details are in the same venue, so it was nice to capture the Groom's tie and shoes alongside the Bride's Vera Wang shoes, and stunning flowers (Flowers by Jane Reidy). Their signage and stationary was gorgeous too, and lovely to photograph.

Another thing I loved about this wedding was the venue. It is so perfect for a wedding, offering a beautiful green, open backdrop behind the pagoda, with sheep wandering around. There are also plenty of places outside for gorgeous portraits to be taken, and the front of the building makes the perfect backdrop for the family formals. It has real impact when you drive up to the building, and is a great venue for those wishing to make a statement.

Mostly, I am a micro wedding photographer, and this is what I specialise in. However, it feels a bit like a treat when I get to photograph a big wedding like this one. Despite loving micro weddings, I also really love a huge bridal party! I love the photos of the bridesmaids and groomsmen standing alongside the bride and groom, laughing and interacting with each other. This group were particularly photogenic, and the photos have such impact with the Groom standing out in his blue suit compared to the groomsmen's grey suits. The Bride always stands out, in white, from her bridesmaids, in this case in pink, so I love that the Groom stood out too at this wedding!

And can we please just take a minute to be in awe over that stunning cake by The Dotti Cake company. It wasn't at all what I was expecting, with the soft pink bridesmaid dresses and their baby's breath bouquets, with the Bride's pale rose bouquet. The flowers on the cake were spectacular and the guests couldn't take their eyes off this beautiful work of art, when they walked into the reception venue.

All in all, a magical day, and I'm so pleased to be able to now share my favourites from their gallery.
