1st Birthday Cake Smash in Hampshire!

1st birthdays come around all too quickly. One minute you're finally meeting your little one for the first time, and the next minute their 1st birthday is just around the corner!

I know how you feel! I've got 2 little ones of my own, and time is flying along at an alarming rate!

A great way to celebrate your little one turning one is doing a cake smash photo shoot. It's in your own home, so your little one feels nice and comfortable and at ease. I come over and set up everything, and we get a few cute photos pre-cake. Then we bring out the cake and chaos reigns.

Sometimes I get a child who just wants all the cake and stuffs their face straight into it. Sometimes, like in this case, he was a little more cautious, and not quite sure what to make of the cake. I don't think he had been exposed to much sweet and sugary foods before he turned one (not a bad thing at all!), so he wasn't really sure what cake was. The photos were still super cute!

And because it's in your own home, you can pop them straight into the bath after, while I'm packing up the backdrop! Easy peasy!
